About Us

Dave Soock is an Organizational Development professional with over 20 years of experience helping people and organizations be more successful. He has great breadth of experience across many sectors including retail, logistics, professional services, industrial, manufacturing and high tech.

He has led major restructuring projects, re-engineered compensation systems, re-aligned processes to new business strategies, and designed hundreds of hours of instruction. He has acted as a project manager, facilitator, coach, mentor, and advisor to business leaders and their teams in dealing with major change.

His down-to-earth and pragmatic approach to what is usually deemed the “softer side of business” ensures a results orientation combined with an ability to connect with people and the issues that affect them. Dave has a unique ability to boil down complex issues, connect critical factors, and articulate it all in a way that brings clarity and focus for all levels of an organization.

Dave holds a Master’s of Education from the University of Toronto specializing in Measurement, Evaluation, and Computer Applications as well as a B.Sc. in Physics and Geology from Brock University. He is an active member in the HRPAO and the Strategic Capabilities Network.
